Data Boundaries
The message tool prepares text on your device. It does not quietly turn a draft into a submission.
Scope and contact
This notice describes the editorial pages and browser-based tools on roverbiscuitradr.com. For privacy questions or requests concerning correspondence with this site, email [email protected]. External sites and your own email, browser and device services operate under their own policies.
Browsing the site
These pages do not include analytics, advertising pixels, social embeds or a user-account system. Images, styles and scripts are requested from the site rather than third-party asset services.
Delivering a web page necessarily exposes connection information to hosting infrastructure. This can include an IP address, requested URL, request time, browser information and referring page information. Hosting or security services may keep technical logs for operation, security and fault diagnosis. This static website does not determine or display the host’s logging configuration, and no specific server-log retention period is promised here.
Message preparation
The Problem and Message fields are processed in your browser. The page script does not transmit their contents or save them to cookies, localStorage or a database. Drafts can be lost when you leave or reload the page, although browser restoration features may preserve form contents independently.
Preview creates plain text in the page. Copy writes that text to your clipboard only when you request it. Download creates a text file through your browser. Clipboard history, device syncing, downloads and browser recovery features are controlled by your software and settings, not this site.
Email you choose to send
If you send an email, the receiving mailbox and email service process your address, message, any attachments and normal email metadata. We use correspondence to understand requests, respond where appropriate and investigate editorial corrections. We do not use it for unsolicited marketing or sell it.
Where applicable data-protection law requires a lawful basis, routine correspondence is handled for the legitimate interests of responding to enquiries and maintaining accurate, secure editorial services; legal obligations may also require processing. Avoid sending sensitive information that is not necessary to describe your question.
Retention and disclosure
Correspondence should be kept only as long as reasonably needed to handle the request, maintain a relevant correction record or meet legal obligations. There is no fixed retention promise for every type of enquiry. You may ask for deletion of identifiable correspondence, subject to applicable legal requirements and legitimate recordkeeping needs.
Hosting and email providers may process information to deliver their services. Information may also be disclosed where legally required or reasonably necessary to address security issues. We do not publish private correspondence as a testimonial without permission.
Your choices and rights
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to certain processing, or request portability where it applies. You may also have a right to complain to your local data-protection authority. Contact us with enough information to identify the relevant correspondence; do not send identity documents unless a proportionate verification step is specifically needed.
You can use the editorial pages without using the contact tool. You can also clear browser storage, clipboard history and downloaded files through your device settings. Read the Cookies page for the distinction between site code and any separately supplied preference controls.
Security and changes
No online service or email channel can guarantee absolute security. Do not send passwords, payment details or confidential records. This notice may change if the site’s functions change; material new collection should be described before it is introduced.
